北韓於9日上午再度進行核試，中國社科院美國研究所研究員沈文輝認為，此舉將使南韓部署戰區高空飛彈防禦系統「薩德」（THAAD）的決心更堅定，連帶拖累周邊國家，進而使北韓遭受制裁的力道更強，且更加孤立。
中國國際廣播電台9日報導，沈文輝表示，北韓9日再次核試，南韓決定部署薩德系統是最直接的原因。國際社會至今無法從根本上解決北韓擁核問題的大背景，諸如北韓國內困境、東北亞的國際環境動盪等問題，北韓進行這場核試「並不讓人非常意外」。
核武進展 各界擔憂
沈文輝分析，從這次核試驗引發的地震等級來看，威力仍然很小，與先前無太大區別，北韓的核武技術並沒有實質性發展，負面影響有限，但北韓核武小型化技術的進展仍然令外界擔憂。
沈文輝認為，北韓9日核試，毫無疑問將使朝鮮半島的局勢更緊張，兩韓及美國與北韓間的敵對將進一步惡性循環，更可能削弱南韓民眾對薩德系統的反對聲浪，使南韓部署的決心更加堅定，連帶使薩德進度進一步加快。
加重制裁 恐釀災難
他指出，朝鮮半島局勢再這樣發展下去，令人十分擔憂，會產生「不可控的情況」，同時也將拖累周邊國家，北韓與大陸、日本、美國的關係都會面臨更多難題。下一步國際社會很可能會加大對北韓制裁，將使北韓國內經濟雪上加霜，並面臨糧食短缺等人道災難，成為兩難。
大陸官媒新華社也於9日發表評論指出，當前半島局勢逐漸進入負面循環，這一趨勢絕不符合任何一方的利益。在朝鮮半島和東北亞局勢異常複雜之際，核試並不明智。包括北韓在內的各方都應該認識到，半島生亂、生戰，東北亞動盪不安對誰都沒有好處，任何擾亂東北亞和平穩定大局的想法和做法都是不可取的。

南部工具機銷售老字號松立欣機器與裕尚機械聯袂協辦控制器廠商的新功能暨中秋聯歡晚會，晚會設宴在台南桂田酒店，吸引南部工具機使用客戶熱情參與，除了展現兩家工具機經銷商豐沛的人脈之外，也顯現工具機銷售搭配控制器選項的銷售模式在經銷商加入後逐漸帶動風潮。
南部工具機市場向來較為保守，客戶採購無論機械本身品牌、功能或零配件等有相當多比例經由經銷商建議而採購，因此控制器廠商為能拓展業務近幾年積本季推薦極透過經銷商介紹方式打入工具機使用客戶群，針對逐漸形成以專用機模式個別選購搭配控制器熱潮搶進日系控制器主流市場，因此近幾年控制器廠商積極維繫與台南工具機經銷商互動，並透過經銷商接觸工具機使用客戶搶進控制器市場，只不過目前關鍵仍在工具機經銷商身上，因此要能加速使用客戶群的累積還是得看工具機經銷商的配合度而定。
